fab academy
In 2018 I did the ‘Fab Academy’ course in Fab Lab Barcelona.
Fab Academy is a six-month international distributed programme based on digital fabrication and prototyping tools: computational design, laser cutting, CNC milling, 3d printing, 3d scanning, vynil cutting, molding and casting, electronics design, circuit boards production, microcontroller programming, sensors and output devices, etc. The Fab Academy programme is based on MIT’s popular rapid-prototyping course ‘How to Make (Almost) Anything’, both directed by Neil Gershenfield of the Center For Bits and Atoms (CBA) at MIT.
An experience that offers not only training in these techniques and tools for a wide variety of possibilites of materialization and experimenting, but also the empowerment of facing almost any challenge.
You can check here the documentation of the works I did during the course.
