2019.
Portal es una instalación artística que explora los umbrales de la percepción humana. Una serie de estructuras luminosas giratorias recrean un vórtice espacio-temporal, generando un efecto visual que en realidad solo existe en nuestra persistencia de la visión. La apertura de un portal holográfico tridimensional para ofrecer una experiencia hipnótica.


Proyecto realizado en colaboración con Alejandro Moscoso en el marco del ‘Máster en Innovación Audiovisual y Entornos Interactivos’ 2018-19 de BAU Centro Universitario de Diseño de Barcelona. Exhibido en Poblenou Open Night 2019.

medusa


2019. El Proyecto Medusa es un experimento artístico que ensaya con traer a la vida organismos artificiales de rasgos submarinos e inventiva alienígena.
Inspirándose en la diversidad de la vida marina y la ciencia ficción, el proyecto investiga con robótica blanda (soft-robotics) y luminiscencia para concebir criaturas de ficción futurista en forma de autómatas orgánicos y lumínicos.
Mediante diseño computacional, fabricación digital, neumática, electrónica y programación creativa en software libre, el proyecto se materializa en experiencias interactivas y wearables con organismos de naturaleza híbrida orgánico-tecnológica.


Proyecto realizado en colaboración con Heidi Valda. Exhibido en MUTEK.ES 2019 Festival Internacional de Creatividad Digital dentro de la exposición ‘Bye Human’ de BAU Centro Universitario de Diseño.

2016. El festival ‘Lluèrnia’ es un acontecimiento anual dedicado al fuego y a la luz en Olot, un municipio dentro del Parque Natural de la Zona Volcànica de la Garrotxa, con un vulcanismo inactivo aunque no propiamente extinto.

Lavagueram
 es una instalación efímera de luz mediante escenografía i video-mapping en un pozo de registro de alcantarilla de Olot. La instalación recrea una reactivación volcánica del subsuelo i la extensión de la lava por la red de alcantarillado del municipio.


El subsuelo de Olot está sublevado. El exceso de cultivo de alubias conocidas mundialmente como ‘fesols de Santa Pau’ ha provocado importantes desequilibrios geológicos en la Garrotxa. Las fuertes tensiones telúricas generadas han agrietado la placa tectónica de la comarca, reiniciando la actividad volcánica. Para 

reducir la tensión acumulada 

y liberar el exceso de energía, se ha canalizado el magma por la red de alcantarillado de Olot y se han habilitando pozos de registro como rebosaderos de lava.


Proyecto realizado en colaboración con el 

grupo de investigación AiEM de la ETSAB-UPC (Marta López, Judit López i Xavier Solsona) para el festival Lluèrnia 2016 en Olot.

2019.
Portal is an artistic installation that explores the limits of human perception. A series of spinning light structures recreate a space-time vortex, producing a visual effect that only occurs in our persistence of vision. A hypnotic experience with the aperture of a three-dimensional holographic portal.


Project done in collaboration with Alejandro Moscoso within the ‘Master in
Audiovisual Innovation &#38;amp; Interactive Environments’ 2018-19 in

BAU College of Arts &#38;amp; Design of Barcelona. Exhibited at Poblenou Open Night 2019.

2019. The Medusa Project is an artistic experiment that 

brings to life artificial organisms with underwater features and alien inventiveness.


Inspired by the diversity of ocean life and science-fiction, the Medusa Project uses soft-robotics and luminescence to conceive futuristic fictional creatures in the form of organic automatas.


Through computational design, digital fabrication, pneumatics, electronics and creative programming in free software, the project takes the form of interactive experiences and wearable devices with an organic-technological hybrid nature.


Project done in collaboration with Heidi Valda. Exhibited in ‘MUTEK.ES 2019 Festival of Digital Creativity and Electronic Music’ as part of the exhibition ‘Bye Human’&#38;nbsp; of BAU College of Arts &#38;amp; Design of Barcelona.
