2016. The festival ‘Lluèrnia’ is an annual event dedicated to light and fire in Olot, a town inside the Natural Park of Zona Volcànica de la Garrotxa, with an inactive but not properly extinct volcanism. 

Lavagueram is an ephemeraI light installation through scenography and video-mapping in a sewer manhole in Olot. The installation recreates a volcanic reactivation of the subsoil and the extension of the lava through the municipal sewerage system.


Project done in collaboration with AiEM research group from ETSAB-UPC (Marta López, Judit López i Xavier Solsona) for ‘Lluèrnia 2016’ in Olot.
